Baada ya Fuse ODG kutweet akisema sababu zilizomfanya asihudhurie
utolewaji wa tuzo hizo, Wizkid naye amesema hatakuwa akihudhuria
pre-shows na nominee parties kama utaratibu wa kuwapa tuzo wasanii wa
Africa mapema kabla ya show yenyewe (saa 4 asubuhi) backstage
utaendelea.

Wizkid ameongeza kuwa utaratibu wa kuwabagua wasanii wa Afrika katika
tuzo hizo ndio ilikuwa sababu ya kutohudhuria hata aliposhinda tuzo ya
BET kwa mara ya kwanza.
Ameongeza kuwa hiyo ndio sababu kubwa pia ya kutopost kitu katika
mitandao ya kijamii kuhusu nominations au tuzo hizo kwa ujumla sababu
yeye hajali.
